Our Mission & Vision.

Leading Like a Lady has a mission to provide affirming advice and a platform for women of the African diaspora feeling insecure about their status in life.

Our vision is to accomplish this by producing educational documentaries, books, online media, and digital services.

Black and African women are often underrepresented or silenced where decisions having a direct impact on their lives are made. That's starting to change with women like Ketanji Brown Jackson entering spaces where their views and words have meaningful consequences.

However, not every Black/African woman has access to this privilege. In an age increasingly driven by public discourse via social and digital media, we believe it's important for "ordinary" women to instigate the extraordinary change they wish to see in politics, culture, and their personal lives.
