Coaching the next generation for acceleration in Africa and the Diaspora.

Africans make up 17% of the world’s population. 22% of that population are entrepreneurs. Yet only two African companies have ever become worth more than nine figures (over $100 million USD).

Over the past 20 years the world has 4 times more millionaires and billionaires, yet more people are likely to become poor than to become rich or never experience poverty. Africa is where this happens the most.

I’m determined to change that through lessons and advice on leadership, investing, and socio-emotional development for people in Africa and its diaspora.
